Who keeps it

All Mini Trucks is operated by The Burroship LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. It runs allminitrucks.com and keeps what you send through it.

What we keep

What you type in a request: the kind of truck, the make, the years, your state, your town or ZIP code, your note, your name, your email and your phone. Which boxes you ticked, the states you picked, the page you sent it from and the version of the wording you agreed to. The time it arrived.

Our host, Netlify, records what any web server records to run and protect a site, such as the address your browser connects from. The site keeps your light or dark choice in your own browser. The videos are YouTube embeds, so a video card shows its picture from YouTube’s image server, and the player itself loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. There are no ad trackers and no analytics cookies on this site.

The helper

A question typed into Ask All Mini Trucks is sent to Anthropic, the company whose Claude model writes the answer, and the answer comes straight back. We do not keep what you type or what it answers. We keep only a count of questions against a scrambled form of your connection, never the address itself, so the helper can stop at its limits. Please do not type personal details into it.

A truck you tell us about

What you send on the Sell yours page, the truck, where it is and how to reach you, is kept the same way as a request. It is shared with a buyer only if you ticked that box, and only a buyer whose request matches the truck.

Why we keep it

To read your request and reply. To send the emails you ticked, and only those. To keep spam out. To see, in total and never by name, which trucks people ask about most.

Who sees it

The people who run All Mini Trucks. Netlify, which hosts the site and holds the form, and the mail service we write from, each only to do that job for us. A seller, only if you ticked the box that says a seller may contact you, and only one who has signed our dealer terms; until one has, nothing is shared. Anyone the law requires us to tell.

We do not sell or rent lists of names or emails. If a seller ever pays for a request, this policy will say so, and change, before any request is passed.

How long

A request is kept for up to 24 months after we last wrote to each other, then deleted. An email you ticked runs until you stop it. Ask and we delete sooner.

Your choices

Stop any email with one reply. Ask to see what we keep about you, to correct it or to delete it, with the form below. We answer within 30 days.

Children

All Mini Trucks is for adults buying vehicles and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly keep anything from a child.

Keeping it safe

What you send travels encrypted and is kept with a host that guards it. No way of keeping data is perfect, so we keep only what a request needs.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a change about who sees your request is made before it takes effect, never after.
