Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions.
The plain rules for using All Mini Trucks and sending a request. In effect from 30 October 2026.
Who we are
All Mini Trucks, allminitrucks.com, is a directory of Japanese kei and mini trucks and a place to ask about one. All Mini Trucks is operated by The Burroship LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. In these terms "we" and "us" means that company and "you" means anyone using the site.
All Mini Trucks does not import, sell, source or broker vehicles, and is not a registered importer, customs broker or dealer. It does not hold any truck and does not take payment for one.
What the information is
The directory, the dates each truck turns 25, the dealer listings and every other fact on the site come from public sources as read on the date shown beside them. Sources change and so can a fact. Nothing here is legal advice. Whether a truck can be imported, titled or driven where you live depends on that truck’s own papers and your own state’s law, and the federal 25 year line runs from each truck’s own date of manufacture, to the day. Mini Truck Guide reads each state’s law; check with your state’s motor vehicle office before you buy.
Your request
A request tells us the truck you want and where you are. A person reads it and replies. A request is not an order, an offer to buy or a hold on any truck, and it costs nothing. Neither of us owes the other anything because of it.
Please give true details and only your own. You must be 18 or older to send a request.
The emails you tick
Each box on the request is off until you tick it, and each one does only what it says. We email you about a listing, a truck turning 25 or a change in your state’s rules only if you ticked that box. Every email we send can be stopped with one reply. We may stop sending a kind of email at any time.
Sellers
The sellers on the dealer map are independent businesses, found on their own public pages. Each one is listed, not affiliated. We do not check, recommend or stand behind any seller, and any deal you make is between you and that seller.
A request sent from a seller’s page comes to us, not to the seller. We pass a request to a seller only if you ticked the box that says a seller may contact you, and only to a seller who has signed our dealer terms. A business listed here can ask to be corrected or taken off through Mini Truck Co.
The helper
Ask All Mini Trucks answers from this site’s own pages. Its answers are written by Claude, an AI made by Anthropic, and can be wrong or out of date. They are not legal advice, they never quote a price and they never promise a truck. Check anything that matters on the page it names. The helper takes a set number of questions a visit and a day, so it stays open for everyone.
Telling us about a truck to sell
When you tell us about a truck on the Sell yours page, a person reads it. Listings are not open, so nothing is published. We pass on the truck and how to reach you only to a buyer whose request matches it, and only if you ticked that box. You confirm the truck is yours to sell or that you sell it for its owner, and that what you tell us about it is true. We do not buy, sell or broker it and take no fee.
Using the site
Use it for your own looking and buying. Do not send requests that are not real, use someone else’s details, try to break or overload the site, or copy the directory in bulk by script.
Our work and other people’s names
The words, the design and the way the directory is put together are ours. Maker names, model names and their marks belong to their owners, and All Mini Trucks is not affiliated with or endorsed by any maker or seller named here. The trucks pictured are illustrations, not trucks for sale.
No promises beyond these
The site is offered as it is and as it is available. We work to keep every fact right and every page up, and we do not promise that either will always be so. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the site, from a site we link to or from any deal with a seller, and the most we would owe you for anything to do with the site is what you paid us to use it, which is nothing.
Changes and the law
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version in force when you send a request is the one you agreed to. The laws of the State of Colorado govern these terms, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts of Colorado.
Questions
Ask through the form on the privacy page or in a reply to any email from us. A person reads every one.
